  • What are the hotel opening hours?

    The hotel is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

  • Is there a luggage service?

    There is no luggage service, but free luggage storage is available.

  • Does the hotel have parking? / Where can I park my car?

    The hotel has no parking. However, there are two car parks nearby. There is parking at the Beaugrenelle shopping center, 12 rue Linois, 15th and at 64 Boulevard de Grenelle, 15th.

  • What are the registration formalities?

    You are asked for ID and the credit card used for booking. Remember to use capital letters when filling out the police registration card.

  • What time do I have to vacate my room?

    You must leave your room no later than 11:00 a.m. Any excess is subject to a supplement.

  • What are the breakfast times?

    Breakfast is served between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

  • Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

    Yes, the hotel is accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, you should enquire at the time of booking as only two accessible rooms are available.

  • Do you have an airport shuttle service?

    The hotel does not have an airport shuttle service, but the staff is happy to book a taxi or a shuttle at your request.

  • What is the price of a taxi to the hotel?

    The price is 37 € for Orly and 55 € for Roissy.

  • Are pets allowed in the establishment?

    We regret that we can't accept pets.

  • Can I have an iron, ironing board and a mini bar ?

    These items are all available on request.

  • Are there family rooms? Are there interconnecting rooms?

    The hotel doesn't have family rooms or interconnecting rooms. However, we are happy to offer adjacent rooms wherever possible. Enquire when making your reservation.

  • Can you provide a cot in my room?

    We are happy to provide a cot at no extra charge. Remember to mention it when booking.

  • Are there hairdryers?

    A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom.

  • Are hospitality products provided in the rooms?

    We provide cotton buds, shower gel, shower cap and a small soap.

  • Are the rooms equipped with a safe?

    No, but there is a safe available at reception where you can store valuables for a one-off charge of 10 € that covers your entire stay.

  • Is tourist tax included?

    It depends on whether your reservation is subject to tourist tax or not.

    The tourist tax is €5,53 per person per night.

  • What are the authorized methods of payment?

    Cash, bank cards or Amex. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks.

  • Can I change my reservation? May I cancel my reservation ?

    Depending on the offers we may or may not be able to cancel your booking.

    Non-cancellable, non-refundable bookings can't be cancelled so we encourage you to take out appropriate insurance cover.

  • What is my interest to book on the hotel website?

    Promotion all the year, more competitive price

  • Does the hotel provide bed and bathroom linen?

    Sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats are all provided.

  • I can't find my e-mail reservation?

    This document is requested upon your arrival. Remember to scan your mobile phone for this document. In case of loss, contact your travel agency before you arrive at the hotel.

  • Accessibility

    The staff is made aware of the reception to be provided in accordance with disability type.

  • Is there heating or air conditioning?

    We have a reversible system, heating from November to April and air conditioning from May to October.
